We use the personal data you send us through the contact form, by email, when you book a meeting or in a job application to answer you and to assess your application. When you visit, your IP address and browser details are also processed to deliver and secure the website and to measure its use. You are not required to give us any data, but without contact details we cannot reply.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, recruiting, and running and improving a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data is handled by our providers of hosting, font delivery, analytics, email, calendar and internal messaging. Some of them are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, a copy of which you can request from us.
We keep enquiries and job applications for up to two years after our last contact, and technical data only for as long as it is needed to run and measure the website.
